Why homeowners hire us

You get a completion date

On new builds and whole-home remodels, your contract names the day we finish: 12 months from the start of construction, in writing.

You get a contractor who's still here

Registered with Washington L&I, bonded, and insured. 20 years on the Eastside, backed by a written workmanship warranty.

You get permits done right

We are registered with Washington State Labor and Industries as #LIVIN**810M6, carry a contractor bond, and hold general liability insurance.

Do you handle the permits?

We prepare the drawings, submit through MyBuildingPermit.com, and respond to every review comment until the permit issues.

How long will my project take?

For new builds and whole-home remodels, we commit to finishing within 12 months of the construction start date, written into the contract. Smaller projects run on their own shorter schedules.

Can I live in my home during the remodel?

Often yes for kitchens, bathrooms, and additions. Whole-home remodels usually mean moving out for part of the work.

Can you build an ADU or DADU on my lot?

Yes. We handle the feasibility check, the design, and the permit.
